• Date of Birth Certificate of Candidate.
• Transfer Certificate duly Counter Signed by The District Education Officer of the student.
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC. Category.(photostat Copy)
• In case of serving or Ex-serviceman,Service Certificate duly signed by OC unit or Discharge Certificate.
• Student Part order copy of birth certificate by present unit.
• Three(20) spare passport size photographs of the boy.
• Four passport size photographs of the father.
